California is under water as another another atmospheric river descends.

The latest in a series of storms was moving farther inland than one from earlier in the weekend. With the ground saturated after more than two weeks of hammering rain, several parts of the Bay Area were under a flood advisory. Most of Nevada is under a winter weather advisory. Since December, California has seen the equivalent of about 24 trillion gallons of water dumped from the sky. The state is waterlogged with as much as 10 to 20 inches of rain and up to 200 inches of snow. Gov. Gavin Newsom warned this weekend of potential dangers ahead.
