Manchin won’t say if he would support Biden in 2024

Sen. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) refused to say whether he hoped Democrats would keep control of the House and Senate after this year’s midterm elections. The West Virginia senator said he could work with lawmakers from either party.
